When sisters meet.
When you hear the word “sisters”, what is it that you see? We see an image of two sister-girls giggling with one another as they entrust their deepest secrets to each other: who they have a crush on, what bothered them at school, why they are mad with their mom or dad, what they feel insecure about.
In true sisterhood there is no judgement, no expectation the only thing that exists is committed, unquestioned support. Not of opinions, not of words, the support is directed towards the being. A sister doesn’t doubt that her sister or brother are worthy, magical, wonderful, powerful. She knows that they are all that and so much more. A sister shows up and in doing so invites her sibling to do the same.
Meet us
We, Anna and Marlene, know what it means to be contracted from sisterhood. What it means to feel isolated from women, to constantly compare ourselves to other women in our looks, skills, gifts, relationships, to be the receiver and giver of never-ending catfights. We know how it feels to see a sister fall in love with someone and abandon her girlfriends.
Anna and I bumped into each other the first time in Lisbon. In that moment - so we discovered years later - both of us were triggered by the other. Comparison provoked self-doubt on both perceiving ends. Fast forward, we re-connected as we were both part of a shamanic and tantric self-development program. Magic assigned us to the same cohort. From that instant onwards we’ve been in touch nearly on a weekly basis. Step by step, we tapped into a space between us that was nourished by safety, authenticity, trust, commitment and appreciation.
By now we know how it feels to be deeply held by other women. By now we know how crucial these committed connections are for us. For our individual and collective healing. We know that the concept of sisterhood is a medicine that is needed for the world we now live in.
Hello, I am Anna,
I am motivated to get to the truth of the matter, our individual truth, to go deeper, to have uncomfortable conversation. Not without purpose but with the shear possibility to spark a light on what may seem as darkness. To provide the portal of transformation, for it is there that I believe lies our individual greatest potential, our learnings from each other and our gifts to serve our collective abundance.
And doing so through the wisdom that resides in our bodies, from the past experiences, intergenerational imprints and sensations of the now.
A traveler of the physical and metaphysical realms, I work across different social realities. I support teams in their collective unspoken challenges and embodying organisational change. With individuals guiding embodiment journeys to support their individual transformations. And with foster care takers and youth in foster care, providing resources and alternative approaches to systemic challenges through the creative expression and movement.
Simply said - an advocate and guide of our embodied multidimensionality!

I am passionate about the body, health, work, growth, dreaming, dancing, singing, eating and so much more. What fills my heart most of all is helping people reconnect with their bodies. The outcome? They feel healthy, empowered, self-loving and alive as they follow their dreams in work & life.
I am a Stress Release, Body Awareness and Self-Worth Coach. Trained in TRE® and the Coaching Mastery Method, I integrate these two modalities to evoke transformation naturally from the inside to the outside.
